Introduction
The elpix ag multilevel-support offers you and your employees high-level support at anytime for maintaining your IT services. All our employees have a technical background and a special Know-How.
Our Multi-level-support is divided in two structural areas: “Service Desk” and “Onsite-support”. The teamplay between this two areas excels in the transparency of the Incident-handling as well as the prompt operational readiness right at the spot. This makes the clearly defined, short reaction times of the elpix ag sure.

Service Desk
The Service Desk of the elpix ag represents the basic module of a structured IT-service-environment and can be used as external service by customers within service contracts or projects.
The service desk is for the structured recording of all inquiries of the customer (Incident Management) and builds the SPOC (single point of contact) to the customer. This allows the user, who has a central contact person, as well as different IT-groups and processes, a central coordination- and communication-interface. All incidents will be recorded efficiently and structured over a service-phone-number, a separate email-adress or our Service-desk-interface.
 
Onsite Support
The elpix-Onsite-Support guarantees an introduction of our know-how right at your location. If it is about a short-term provision of IT-services or about the project-related support at the construction of IT-infrastructures, piloting or rollouts, our consultants have high experience in these areas. We are using a network of competent partners and can use this know-how efficiently at finding a solution.
Additionally, we are licensed partners of all named manufacturers from the departments Hard- and software, so we can contact the specialists of the manufacturers and act in time at problem situations in this area.
During the whole process of the Onsite-support, the elpix service-desk serves as a central contact-point of the Incident-administration and as a communications-platform.
