The Local- and remote maintenance allows us, or the user-specialist, the access on universal high technical components, facilities and systems. We differentiate our services in pro-active services and reactive services. In general the remote service allows us to do the reoccurring maintenances for you, cost effective and flexible. The location of your server and workstations does not matter. The only thing that matters is a working internet connection. Proactive services Your facilities and systems will be maintained by us in intervals with defined extension. The frequency is determined by your priority and goes from weekly maintenance up to real-time-monitoring. After the maintenance you receive a protocol by us, containing the condition of your systems and if errors occur – a solution for the fix. Reactive services We offer you real-time-support in every single case. It does not matter where you are. Our support employees are right at your side with advices and actions within a few minutes.
